jaysleever 61 Posted March 31, 2015 Can we chime in on what our meal sizes are more than a year out. Do some still measure 4 oz or do we eye it and just eat till we feel full. How many meals are we eating and how many Snacks on an average day. Is the goal to keep measuring 4oz meals or do we increase the meal sizes. For example I eat nutritiously still however I eat the same size portions as a thin person who never had surgery. I have a very small piece of homemade cake no frosting for desert after dinner. I do not eat more than 3 times a day. I sometimes have a snack of fruit during the day. I do not eat anything after dinner till the following morning where I have Breakfast. I am interested to know where others are as far as their program is going. Thanks.

McButterpants 2,846 Posted March 31, 2015 I'm 18 months out and still feel great restriction. I don't measure - I eyeball it. I try to eat only until I'm satisfied, rather than feeling full. I eat 4-5 times a day. It's usually 3 meals and 2 Snacks. I can graze - I have had days where I felt like I ate all day long. "Bad" carbs are my downfall - things like breads, Cereal, chips, etc.
sharonintx 1,275 Posted March 31, 2015 I'm about the same as McButterpants. I just eyeball it and eat what I can. I generally graze during the day and eat dinner at night. Tonight was almost half of a BBQ sandwich and about 5 Fritos. I wanted to eat more but couldn't hold it. It's been 2 years and I still cannot hold any more than I could at 6 months. It's a restriction-a-rama
