ridingrae 61 Posted March 30, 2015 I am having sleeve surgery tomorrow at 4:00 pm. I'm 5th surgery of the day which is freaking me out. Starting last night at dinner and my realization that it all starts tomorrow, I had a mini panic attack and another at 3am. I'm so scared of failing or not being able to do this. Like everyone on here, it's been a lifetime of dieting and failing. Thanks for listening and I'd love any kind words of wisdom!
katyh2015 33 Posted March 30, 2015 Good luck tomorrow, you got this! Just remember that each day it gets a little bit better. I am 4 weeks out tomorrow and I still think each day is easier than the last!
Twirpo75 50 Posted March 30, 2015 CONGRATULATIONS!!! You are not the first or last to freak out about the surgery. Take comfort in knowing this makes you normal! I was pretty freaked out. But it honestly wasn't the most horrible thing I've been through. It wasn't Disneyland, but it's managable. You can do this! Just stay calm. You won't regret it in the long run. I know I don't. But I'm almost 6 months out. Everything is going to be fine. And you now have a bunch of really amazing friends you can come to for help. We get it. And we are all here for you. Good luck tomorrow! You're gonna do GREAT!! *HUGS*
