backwoodsbarbie209 1 Posted March 30, 2015 I am almost 7 weeks post op. I have lost about 24 pounds. I see inches more (I went from a 2x/3x scrub top to XL and a 2x scrub pant to L). I feel like I am not doing as well as I should. Can anyone give me advice? It all happened relatively quickly so I think in a few ways I wasn't completely prepared. Thoughts? Opinions? Advice? Big_Mama 511 Posted March 30, 2015 A loss is a loss, any way you look at it, and if you're losing inches, that's definitely awesome! Everyone loses weight differently, and at their own pace. Best of luck!!
liannatx 897 Posted March 30, 2015 I think 24 lbs in 7 weeks is great! Congrats also on all those inches lost.
Veronica Page 488 Posted March 30, 2015 hey inches is great that means you might be building on lean muscle and if you have more muscle you will burn more fat. I always find it funny at times when people want to have like a 60 lbs drop in a month.....yea come on it is not going to happen unless you were at around 400 to begin with and I also state would you have lost 24 lbs in 7 weeks before. There is no way I could of. If it's inches lost or lbs...it's a loss not a gain right? You are doing great and I'm sure will be happy and enjoy your new journey soon!
