If he requires a pre op diet do not cheat! It's hard but it will prepare you for afterwards. I had a smooth operation just a little nausea. Tamsboyd 40 Posted March 30, 2015 I had surgery on March 16th. So I'm 14 days post op. I've lost 12lbs since surgery. I worked from home starting week 2 which was nice because I didn't have to get dressed to go anywhere. I went back to actual work today and it was tough.
