alswifey 133 Posted March 29, 2015 U look so amazing, I am one of the struggling ones only 16days post op at present but the thought of never eating certain things and how food doesnt make me happy any longer as I can't comfort eat is a big issue! Do u have any useful tips for people like myself? Starting weight: 379 surgery day weight:359 today's weight: 337 Focus on the big picture don't let the small things set you back and Celebrate ever win we all have ups and downs when you fall brush it off and get back on I use my fitness pal I've been logging in for over 722 days it helps me keep control of my Eating try it if you haven't already it's a great tool if you commit to it good luck on your journey @@alswifey You look wonderful!
