I would love to know what a typical menu for a day would look like if you have a chance to provide..I am just 3 weeks out and starting some foods but can't eat much at all.

I would love to know what a typical menu for a day would look like if you have a chance to provide..I am just 3 weeks out and starting some foods but can't eat much at all.[/quote i am pretty much eating a regular diet minimizing carbs so I eat rice n bread maybe once a week I eat Protein (meat) the most some veggies protein is key its filling and it helps with weight loss n toning and also drink as much Water as possible avoid juices n soda good luck on your journey sign up for fitness pal I log all of my meals there it helps you track what ur putting in your body great tool for weight loss I started using it 2 weeks after my surgery and I've been using it ever since try it
