anaxila 501 Posted March 28, 2015 Has anyone here ever done the Warrior Dash? I've set a goal to do the one in my area on August 1st. It feels like an extremely ambitious goal, in that there's no way on earth I could do it today, and I'll need to train like the devil to make it. I like to set stretch goals, and this definitely qualifies. If you've done it before, what did you think? Did you use the App to train? If so, did it set your expectations appropriately? LipstickLady 25,682 Posted March 28, 2015 I've done a few Rugged Maniacs. It's hard. You need to work on your upper body strength, your balance and endurance. A lot of teamwork is involved and other participants will help you over obstacles if you need it. So much fun!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
beachgurl84 456 Posted March 31, 2015 I'm signed up for the Warrior Dash June 6th in Charlotte, NC. It's my first time doing anything like this!!! My 63 yr old mother is doing it with me.
