raquel_c 23 Posted March 28, 2015 As of now I have been drinking these in place of soda but after surgery this is a no no. What does everyone drink post surgery to mix up the Water?
Elode 8,093 Posted March 28, 2015 Water with crystal light mixed in sometimes but I try to stay plain water with lemon or lime juice.

raquel_c 23 Posted March 28, 2015 I'm not a huge crystal light fan. I do like lemon and limes in my Water. Another thing is I have a fruit infused pitcher which helps. Are Powerade zeros okay?
Justajenn 65 Posted March 28, 2015 I drink Isopure, Vitamin zero Water and propel. Loved plain water before hand but not so much after.

allielee 263 Posted March 28, 2015 I drink Water with a tiny squeeze of mio. I drink 96 ounces of water every day. I found that having a routine of always having my tall 24 ounce cup next to me I can get 4 down. Also at least one Premier Protein chocolate every day lol. glitter eyes 1,398 Posted March 28, 2015 Prior to surgery I loved plain Water. After surgery I haven't been able to tolerate plain water. I drink Propel water and the peach flavor is my favorite.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) Plain Water. I may add a 3:1100% apple juice ratio, or a capful of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar(good for digestion). My favorite thing is to suck an Altoid while drinking water. I'll also occasionally drink unsweetened hibiscus or peppermint herbal tea. Sleeve101 72 Posted March 28, 2015 @glittereyes Thanks for sharing about not being able to tolerate plain Water....I thought I was the only one...it's so weird not to be able to tolerate it...I can only eat lots of ice and drink sips of other stuff.... I hope I can get back to drinking plain Water some day...
raquel_c 23 Posted March 28, 2015 I appreciate everyone's response. I love plain Water but I know after several months I will need to mix it up a bit.
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) I gave up soda 4 ½ years ago. Since then except for the occasional coffee or tea I pretty much only drink almond milk or Water so my body was already conditioned to drinking plain water. In the summer I sometimes put cucumber and mint in the infuser, but for the most part I'm a water gal. Other than the first week when I had to work to drink anything, I don't even think about it anymore. I just fill a bottle and always carry it around with me.
