justaboutme 42 Posted August 15, 2015 Yes, insurance requires a 6 month medically supervised weight loss program. Yes I would prefer the sleeve but will find out what surgeon recommends on the 25th when I go.
Formyboys2015 40 Posted August 15, 2015 My surgeon asked which one I wanted. Glad I chose VSG, I've had no issues and feel great.
Cindy Osborne 11 Posted August 15, 2015 Yes, insurance requires a 6 month medically supervised weight loss program. Yes I would prefer the sleeve but will find out what surgeon recommends on the 25th when I go. I'm doing the sleeve, unless my Dr. Changes his mind before surgery. I know each one has different testing they want done pre-surgery. I feel like I'm jumping through hoops, but I'll be done with all of mine at the end of this month. Have you lost any weight during the supervised diet? I've lost 23 lbs since January. I decided to try to start getting my body used to exercise & dietary changes. Best of luck to you!
