MichiganChic 3,262 Posted March 27, 2015 I was advised to eat slow, and MEASURE food, rather than weigh it. We are supposed to eat 2 tablespoons to 1/2 cup max for the first 6-12 months. Eat slow and watch signs of being full. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
