It is hard to keep ones spirit up because it still takes as long to loose a pound as it did before the band.

You're absolutely right Doddie. I hadn't looked at it that way. Susan, hang in there. We can persevere together. Hope everyone has a great long weekend.

For me the third fill seems to be doing the trick . I do have restriction and fell good. I am only now beginning to wonder simce I will be in Toronto at the end of July should I get a 4th fill , or wait. What to do , what to do !
