I had eye drops and was glad I did. Everything on me was dry (and glad I had chapstick :> )

I didn't bring chapstick but my nurse got me some petroleum jelly and ice chips. I packed really light and didn't miss anything I didn't bring.I brought my iPad, iPhone, charger, large underwear and a toothbrush. I didn't live far enough away to need a pillow for the ride home.
