mi75 1,235 Posted March 24, 2015 (edited) i can't believe how dis-proportionate i am right now. really badly. i am wearing size XL shirts, and bought some elastic waist capri pants last weekend size medium. they fit pretty well, but i still have this stupid belly roll taking up space. trying to really increase my activity and get my cals down by 100 a day (currently at 1000 daily). nothing really severe or stupid, just going back to some basic things to get that scale moving again, and try to decrease the 'roll' to a 'small muffin'! lol...btw, was a size 2x pants last year, and easily 2x shirt was pretty snug.
