I think I finally found my push to a better diet

I saw this: http://earthlings.com/?page_id=32. Before I wouldn't eat pork due to the outlandish torture, this documentary now ruined dairy for me. Thought I would throw this out here, as we are all changing our diets, maybe a little push in the right direction and making better food choices. What at your own risk, it is a heartbreaking reality about our food system.

Here's a book I read about the same topic. It was so difficult to read that I had to put it down a few times. I switched to local organic meat where I could actually visit the farm to see the conditions. It's more expensive but worth it.
