Oolong/Wu-long tea

Read an article where scientists claim that Oolong tea helps burn fat. I've heard them say the same thing about green tea. Anyone got any opinions on this? Does one work better than the other? Can you get Oolong/Wu-long tea in a regular grocery store?? Is a Oolong/Wu-long/green tea better for you to drink than just plain old Water? ?

I don't know if it's true or not, but I'm currently taking a green/oolong/white/black tea supplement. I'll let you know if I see any results.

Green tea is supposed to have lots of antioxidants in it. I wouldn't give up drinking all of your Water in favor of green tea (mainly because it still has caffeine unless you buy decaf), but it IS good for you. And GOOD green tea is very yummy. If you've ever been to a good Japanese restaurant, you can get very good green tea. (You can tell it's the good stuff when it has the powder in the bottom of the cup.)
