CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted March 21, 2015 Oh, I had been doing so well this year, no colds or flu, and normally get it at least 2-3 times a winter season. And then it ends up as bronchitis and/or pneumonia. I don't have very good lungs. So here it is, but now I don't have the options of taking the cold meds I used to. WHAT TO DO? What have you done to help relieve symptoms, such as aches, stuffiness, drainage, chills/fever, sore throat.....all the lovelies that go with the dreaded seasonal un-bliss? Any and all suggestions taken with many kindly thanks in advance!
TammyDTM 391 Posted March 21, 2015 @@CanyonBaby I am taking antibiotics for a sinus infection right now. I just have to make sure that I take my Calcium citrate two hours before or after my antibiotic dose. Otherwise, I can take sinus pressure medicine as usual. That has a pain reliever in it.
