This just doesn't seem right. Anyone else experience this? I can tell I lost inches but not in weight.

I am down 6 at 10 days on a liquid diet. I am okay with that-I don't want to lose too fast because I think that would indicate losing muscle-which would not be good. Also, I am band to BP so I am told I will lose a little slower than straight BP.

liquid diet puts your body into starvation mode. It's trying to hold onto anything it can so that you don't essentially shut down. As long as you're losing anything you should be fine.

How much Protein are you getting in your liquid diet? The aim is for your body to be in ketosis not starvation mode and protein is key in that.
