Hey everyone I'm sure most of you started your liquid diets today and I hope everyone is doing well so far!

I am so hungry ! It's killing me, all I can think about is food and all the things I should of eaten last week... But I keep telling myself STOP IT! Stop being a baby and get through this! You can do it ! Eating is what got me here in the first place and I know it but this is so hard.

I am beyond determined not to quit! This is like my my mini test to see how we're gonna do in the long run and I get that.

So I'm asking if you guys have any advice to keep me on the right path so I don't mess this up
