What are these two companies called, please? How much do they charge and what are they offering in case of a future complication?

Hi David, I need to go back and find them again. I think at least one of them emailed me the quote. You need to go through the whole process of filling out all the information about when, where and who is doing the procedure. Then the price is based on the level of insurance you want. If I can pick up where I left off when I was first researching, I will be happy to give you the company names
