sukik 59 Posted March 18, 2015 I started at 186 184 SW 153 CW. 5 more pounds to a normal BMI and 15 pounds to goal weight. I am slowing way down to maybe a pound or less per week. Is this normal? I'm 63 years old.

CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted March 18, 2015 And if it helps, my Nut has said when the pounds come off slower, they tend to stay off! I don't know about you, but I'll take it!
JamieLogical 8,710 Posted March 18, 2015 I'm losing a pound or less per week and I still have much further to go than you. At least the scale is still trending downward!
Zane's Mom 184 Posted March 19, 2015 I was 190 at surgery. 9 months today and at goal of 138. Very slow At three months I had lost 40 pounds and it's taken me the next six months to drop the 12. I'm still losing though. No real exercise and I still have a shake each day and I'm not gaining. So don't be discouraged. Keep on . ..
