B-52 7,113 Posted March 19, 2015 Use your own imagination...I start with a scoop of whey Protein powder, then add a combination of anything I'm in the mood for...banana, pineapple, fresh berries,...peanut butter, coffee, chocolate...you name it. Can get bags of frozen fruit, berries, etc at costco.... I then add 6-8 oz.'s of almond milk, skim milk, or just Water. Summertime I might add an ice cube or 2....put in all in a blender. The sky's the limit on what you can mix in there. I just try to use fresh ingredients.... Been doing this for my Breakfast for over 4 years now....30-40 gms of Protein to get me through the day!!
