jenkbacon 49 Posted March 18, 2015 Gallbladder pain can feel like a band squeezing straight through to your back. The upper right side of your abdomen can be extremely tender and pain tends to be more severe after eating. The best way to diagnose gallbladder disease is through an ultrasound.
