If you have an international number you will have to call your coach instead of them calling you but you can also do your sessions by email as well if that call will be too expensive for you!

Have a great day!

The call would be free. How do i call my coach or even know who it is? My vonage should be fixed here soon, i'm just waiting on a new part then this wouldn't be an issue. I don't mind calling my coach myself though.

I'm loving this thing already, I exercised 4x today to get my 1000 calorie deficit. It totally helped with the mindless eating too.

Just a word to the wise - I got my bodybugg right after thanksgiving and have been wearing it ever since. I had my meeting with my coach yesterday and it turns out that the bug was not working properly (and I did not even know it) - so make time to talk with your coach early on to avoid any problems.

I love this thing! It keeps me from mindless snacking. I'm trying forl a 1000 calorie deficit everyday, is that too little you think. that's 7000 a week about 2lbs gone. Maybe i should try for 3lbs? that would only be 1500 calorie deficit each day. I can' t wait to talk to the coach, i have to wait till friday because of the holiday

AppleSmith. I have the digital display. It's just a little extra tech toy to have around so you can check your progress throughout the day. LIke, when I'm at work I can't upload my Bugg to see where I stand with my cals burned and my steps... this way I know. Also at the gym - so I don't have to wait until I get home to find out I missed the mark by about 10 calories or something, ya know? The Bugg works fine without it though. Its just all about personal preference.

I have a digital display it is great for when you can't sync with your computer to see how many calories you burned. I travel a lot for work, so it comes in very handy. The BB will store 14 days worth of data and when I am overseas traveling I keep checking my digital display to make sure I am getting my steps in and activity. I LOVE my bugg. I have lost 18 lbs since getting it!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
