Michelle Rynsai 84 Posted March 19, 2015 I have a handy app on my phone to remind me to drink every 15 mins
Para-thighs Lost 125 Posted March 19, 2015 You young whippersnappers have everything! When I'm watching TV, I look at the time on the cable box and sip every 5 minutes. Just one average sip. In the beginning I was afraid to sip too much. Silly what we worry about, huh.

Michelle Rynsai 84 Posted March 20, 2015 Home finally, feeling great, lots of fluids in and day 2 of my Clear Liquids. I'm also getting about 30-40 mins of walking in each day too. The only thing that freaks me out is I never feel hunger... I've had nothing but Water or enhanced water with Protein & Fiber from Wal-Mart but I'm feeling fine.
