I saw the nutritionist and she recommended me taking calcium citrate chewable vitamins not gummies or tablets. Btw, it took me forever to locate Calcium citrate...99% of the ones I found in other stores were not calcium citrate. katielynne83 0 Posted March 17, 2015 Thank you everyone my friends that had this done told me they take these Viactiv chewable but they are carbonate...
