I had both too on the 2nd. Try sitting straight up and lift both arms in the air and(I have no other way to describe) do the wave. Or have someone pound lightly on your back. Burping isn't sexy but Damn it feel so good

One week out today. (Also my anxiety is very high right now so I think that's part of it. I feel every little twinge or pain and I start freaking a little).

Walk, walk, walk. Also as mentioned raise your arms up as if you were lifting dumb bells.
