Cycling verses walking

I have a spin bike down stairs and a treadmill upstairs. I was wondering can I do light spinning verses light walking anybody know however I will ask my doctor but was just wondering have anybody experience this.

I was on both my treadmill and recumbent bike as soon as I got home. A recumbent bike puts you in a different position than a spin bike, so I guess check with your surgeon.

I have both a treadmill and recumbent bike. Immediate post op, I just walked on the treadmill, as inspected. But once I was cleared to do more exercise, I started alternating between the two.

Idk how far out you are but my doctor considers cycling as rigorous exercise and directed to wait weeks for all of that. Think about it, you are sort of engaging your stomach muscles more when u cycle. You don't want to do too much.
