Kindle 8,667 Posted March 15, 2015 I was on both my treadmill and recumbent bike as soon as I got home. A recumbent bike puts you in a different position than a spin bike, so I guess check with your surgeon.
JamieLogical 8,710 Posted March 15, 2015 I have both a treadmill and recumbent bike. Immediate post op, I just walked on the treadmill, as inspected. But once I was cleared to do more exercise, I started alternating between the two.
Blue Sky 89 Posted March 15, 2015 Idk how far out you are but my doctor considers cycling as rigorous exercise and directed to wait weeks for all of that. Think about it, you are sort of engaging your stomach muscles more when u cycle. You don't want to do too much.
