CanyonBaby 1,852 Posted March 13, 2015 I've had both surgeries, gallbladder in '06 and sleeved on 12/3/14. Not much pain for me for either surgery compared to several others (22 in all) I've had, but one thing I did learn from all those surgeries is to give them time to heal before going whole hog at work or at home. If you can get easier duties at work, do it, make sure you ask about it. You don't want to have a relapse or end up in the hospital with a real big problem. You loved yourself to have this surgery, now love yourself and care for yourself through the recovery. Best of luck to you!
sallyomalley67 77 Posted March 13, 2015 Have you tried wearing the compression belt thingy they have u at the hospital? That will stop the constant pulling while standing and walking. Looks like an oversized ace bandage with velcro.
