Good Afternnon. I called the insurance company and I recieved an approval date for April 28:))))...... I was hoping for March. Is this a date that the insurance company approved or did the doctor's office pick the date?

It a "fake" date. You have to call and schedule the real date with your surgeon. Congrats!
