7 days post band and bad reflux

I am post by 7 days. The day after surgery, I went to the ER for intense chest pains. These still reside. I don't get full, instead I eat until I start feeling the chest pains and stop. I'm still hungry but in pain. Is this normal? Is full a feeling that needs to be learned after a few bites? I'm lost. What have you done for the reflux?
