Why R U Running To Get A Fill

At 6 weeks out I had the same feelings as you regarding restriction, this was because I was, like you, satisfied with 600-900 calories a day.... at the end of week 7 it disappeared and I was as hungry as I was pre op! So I booke my fill to help me along the way.... only has a smallish fill it's been variable with really good restriction some days and none at all on other days.

Previously I've lost 125lbs on my own with no band. Unfortunately it all came back and then some more! I could suffer and follow the same Very low calorie diet I did and lose the weight again, but this way, it's no hardship, I'm not hungry (most days) and I eat what I fancy, in small quantities and I've lost 16.5kg so far... ( my starting BMI was 43 so I expect slower weightloss than your spectacular 39lb!)

It's still early days for both of us and maybe when we're further down the line we'll have different opinions/thoughts on fills and how to use our newly fitted 'tool'!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
