Working Out Again..when?

So over the last 6 months. I have really liked hitting the gym and getting ready for this process. I know it will be sometime when I will be able to hit the gym, after my surgery which takes place 3/16/15. When were you able to hit the gym again?

I was given the all clear to hit the gym at 3 weeks.

After I had my 2 week checkup I was approved to work out lightly at the gym

I was at the gym 5 days the week after surgery. It was very light cardio, but it was a full 60 minutes and felt great. Good luck!
