sa1976 221 Posted March 10, 2015 I started my journey at 268 lbs and today I am 170 lbs. my survey was 9/11/14. It has been awesome. My energy level. My ability to just move. Yesterday I went to Old navy and tried on a size 12 pair of jeans and they were to big. I am happy to say. I walked out with the size 10. I have never been able to fit a size 10. My next NSV will be running the Susan Koman 5k here in Philadelphia this Mother's Day. I thank God everyday for giving me the courage to decide to have this surgery. Susan Mary 20 Posted March 29, 2015 I need to hear this! I am scheduled for sleeve surgery on March 31st, and although I've done a ton of research and I am excited, the "worries" are starting to kick in. Will I have horrible GERD afterwards; will I lose too much hair; will I be one of the unlucky ones who suffer all kinds of complications??? I'm trying to stay positive, but posts like yours encourage me!!! What was the hardest part of being sleeved?
