Liver Shrink Diet

I am on Day two of the liver shrink diet....it's going better than I thought it would....then again talk to me on day 9 or 10

Anyone else doing this diet? I seem to keep reading most people doing the clear liquid diet

I personally thought the first four days were the hardest due to hunger and you are almost there. I did notice that by days 9 & 10, my brain was not functioning as sharp as it should. I was a bit foggy by then, plus you get really sick of the Protein Shakes ( they became cloying sweet for me) I think I drank more chicken broth than anything.

Good luck and take it one day at a time. You can do this and it is so worth it in the end.
