Kiki1313 11 Posted March 9, 2015 So after being so disappointed with my insurance company denying my revision surgery, i got some much needed support from my advocate. She reassured me that we would find a way to get it approved. She also had me write a plea letter and has sent out all the information needed for appeal. I am praying that the decision is overturned and that ill be having surgery soon. The pain from this band is sometimes more than i can take and i struggle with it everyday. For now, i will try to continue to look on the bright side and know that this fight is not over yet!

Djmohr 6,965 Posted March 10, 2015 @@Kiki1313, thank you so much for the kind words. i have learned so much from all of the folks on this site. I like to give back! If there is one thing needed for success after WLS it is a positive attitude and a lot of encouragement from your family and friends. I think to think the folks on here are like family and they all certainly understand what we are going through.
