JustWatchMe 7,117 Posted March 9, 2015 I've been in a slump lately. No weight loss in five months. Today I got my butt outside and walked two miles on my lunch break. My Breakfast and lunch were Protein and no junk. dinner will be protein, salad and Soup. I'm feeling energized and today I believe I can break this slump and get to my goal. Next week is my 1st surgiversary. I've come so far and am already reaping countless benefits of dropping 100 pounds. I have fifty left to lose. I'm not stopping now!
