LLawless 13 Posted May 19, 2015 Yes verdalilly it is part of the process from what I have been reading. I started moving after about a week and a half of a stall. Just keep drinking Water and getting your Protein. I ordered another 6 cans of Protein because with out my shakes I'm having a hard time eating enough protein. jennysayscheese 23 Posted August 15, 2015 I had the exact same thing happen to me. My doctor told me because of the liquids and low calorie count as well as surgery, my body was in starvation mode. He told me.Once I moved on to eating food and getting more nutrition, my bodybuilding be shut down and I would start seeing results. Three days later, the scale has finally started moving down!
