moored 62 Posted March 6, 2015 I am really struggling with my pre op diet so decided I needed to think about some of the things I'm looking forward to as I loose the weight. Here's what I've got so far: Not feeling like having a shower is a work-out, being able to easily tie my shoes, not hiding behind oversized clothing and not avoiding mirrors and reflective objects! I'd love to hear what everyone else, particularly folks who are in the pre op diet stage, are looking forward to.

JamieLogical 8,710 Posted March 6, 2015 I'm 6 months post-op, but I still have things I am looking forward to. The main one right now is being able to ride all the roller coasters when I go on vacation at the end of this month. My family went to Dollywood last spring for vacation and I couldn't fit on most of the coasters and my husband didn't want to go on them alone, so he missed out on them. This year I will be able to fit in all the seats and I can't wait to ride them all and give my husband a chance to enjoy them as well!
LisaDomalewski 79 Posted March 6, 2015 Hi, I am new here, surgery date march 30th. I am nervous about a whole host of things. The pre-op is stressing me out and the first few days after the procedure. I know a lot of folks that got the sleeve some successful, some not so much. I can do this. I know I can, but I fear, I wont lose weight.

We took our little girls to silver wood last summer and our 6 year old - who is very tiny- couldn't go on a ride cause I couldn't fit in it with her. We watched my hubby and our 7-year-old have a blast. Hubby took the little one on but I felt so humiliated! Can't wait to ride all the rides with them this summer!
