I'm so excited I'm scheduled for Wednesday March 25th. They told me to start a 1,200 calorie diet two weeks before. My sister in law used the same doctor for her sleeve and in a year she lost 125 pounds! I'm praying I have a good success story like her

That's great! My surgery is schedule for Monday March 30. Excited and nervous. I start my pre liquid diet on March 19 for ten days. Not overly looking forward to that but it will help kick start my weight loss. ????

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
