Hello everyone ! My name is Quiona and I am 24 years old. My sleeves birthday is January 29th. Just the other day we celebrated 1month ... I am beyond happy with my procedure. I am down over 40lbs and the changes to my body are drastic. As far as food I've been able to tolerate whatever I decide to eat. I don't do carbs, sugars or fat(by choice) . I eat crackers though. I go to the gym twice a day for a total of 4 hours and every morning before I head to the gym I walk my dog for 3miles. I think the surgery has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life!       The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
