ThinnieMinnie2B 17 Posted March 5, 2015 I would definitely recommend a body pillow. Especially if you're a side sleeper or tummy sleeper. As the weight comes off you don't have as much cushion. I'm 2 1/2 months post op and it's really hard for me to get comfortable. I'm debating on getting a pregnancy pillow. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
