Aribay1 198 Posted March 4, 2015 Just curious if I'm feeling a loose fat roll or actual loose skin. When I sit it's a roll if I do like a plank it loosely hangs and feels like Jello. JamieLogical 8,710 Posted March 4, 2015 It can be both. There can still be subcutaneous fat beneath the skin, just less of it than before, causing it to hang more loosely. If you pinch two layers of the skin together, is it more than an inch thick? If so, there's still fat in there. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
