Has anyone had surgery in Tijuana? I want to get some advice and see what you all think of this option?

Thank you Jamie! I was contemplating Dr Kelly as my surgeon and wanted alll the information before scheduling my surgery. I have days where i am more than excited and days where i am more than nervous. I don't know if this is normal or if i am just over thinking it
