Disney_Girl36 7 Posted March 16, 2015 Question I am on day 4 of my liquid and suppose to have 4 Protein Shakes and can't seem to even get down 3 some days. I am not cheating. samuelsmom 670 Posted March 16, 2015 @@Disney_Girl36 That's fine. Most Protein shakes have at least 20 gm of Protein so you are getting enough in. You may also want to add Greek yogurt as a snack if you think you need more protein/calories. If you are on a "full liquid diet" greek yogurt is ok to have.
