The problem is she cant not find a Protein Shake that dont make her feel a heaviness come over her and she get a tight feeling in her chest and feels like crap. I like the chocolate truffle, road side lemonade, latte Cappuccino, and the fuzzy navel. They have 23 grams of Protein per scoop. They mix very smoothly.
