Anyone have the Medicaid, United healthcare community plan in New Jersey?

Just wondering if they cover the sleeve surgery!

Also and did you have to do a supervised diet

I did and still do, no I didn't have a supervised diet but that was in November of 2014. Things always change in the insurance world
