Even my 94 y.o. father keeps walking 3 miles a day in the high desert to stay fit. He's had colon cancer twice, but only started getting "in shape" after he hit 70. sassycas45 149 Posted October 20, 2015 I'm 48 had surgery in March IT IS THE BEST THING I COULD EVER HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF i haven't felt this good in 31years before my first child OF YOUR CONSIDERING DO IT I'm not saying it was easy it wasn't but it was worth it i started at 280 I'm 150 at goal and feeling faboulous no more high blood pressure no more high cholesterol and my knee replacement is off the table.
