I use toddler ware. I also got little Ziploc brand storage containers - the little ones. They're perfect for 4oz.

Target has little ceramic bowls, I bought two, and a toddler dinner plate. I mostly use the ceramic bowls. There are many different colors, and designs. I use my baby's spoons :) please excuse the mess around my stuff. post-236461-14252748365776_thumb.jpg

Best thing to have post surgery - those small Dixie paper cups. They hold just a few ounces and can easily be tossed away. Constantly washing dishes becomes really old, really fast when you only use them to hold a few bites! Helps with Portion Control too in the beginning post surgery!

in the beginning (until I learned how big 3-4 oz looks) I used toddler plates and utensils. also, as someone else mentioned, the small gladware containers are 4oz. they're perfect for measuring 4 oz or for using them for pudding, yogurt, etc. you will very quickly learn to eyeball what 4 oz looks like. I still use my scale for every single meal just to be sure, but definitely invest in a food scale also

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
