metamucil?...took a packet and I just read it could stretctopich my sleeve. anyone have any knowledge on this topic

My dietician told me to use Benefiber, and not Metamucil, specifically for the reason that Metamucil will be too much for my sleeve. The Benefiber (Shopko brand is what I use - MUCH cheaper) has worked very well for me. Good luck!
